We only ship to German and Austrian delivery addresses. Free within Germany from 49€ .
After receiving your payment, your order will be shipped to the address you provided as soon as possible. Your package should normally arrive within 6 to a maximum of 12 working days arrive at you.
Depending on the demand for our product, which is currently extremely high, the delivery time may vary slightly, but we will do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible!
Please check your package for damage upon delivery and have the courier sign off on any damage. This way, we can easily arrange a refund or redelivery.
Shipping methods: Depending on the country, packages are delivered via DHL, FEDEX or UPS.
Shipping costs: €4.90 for orders under €49, free shipping for orders over €49.

If you would like to return your order to us, you have 14 days from receipt to do so.
We ask you to write us a short email and briefly explain what is wrong.
