Our products are made from high-quality materials that not only ensure a perfect and comfortable fit, but are also extremely durable. Despite extensive quality controls and testing, a product may occasionally show signs of wear. For such cases, we offer a special manufacturer's warranty in addition to the statutory warranty to which the consumer is entitled against the seller.
All products are covered by a one-year anti-wear warranty from the date of purchase. Should a product exhibit defects upon delivery in an unworn condition, please notify our support team ( support@majestice.de ) immediately upon receipt. We will then arrange for a replacement shipment.
Conditions excluded from the guarantee:

Goodwill : Gifts and goodwill services provided to the customer are not covered by a warranty. A warranty requires a purchase.

Purchase from third parties : If you purchase products from third parties, you are not entitled to a warranty.

Gifted products : If you receive products as a gift as part of one of our promotions, there is no guarantee for these products.

Self-fault : Damage caused by one's own fault (e.g. getting caught, falling, etc.) is excluded from the anti-wear guarantee.
